The saddest monster tale ever written. That key turning point where the not so gentle giant accidentily harms the little girl thus forcing his pursuit from the citizens.

That's pretty damn good, man. I felt an immediate connection with the Frank character and your depiction of the little girl is great. Nice work. I like that he's buff. It adds an element to the character that I haven't seen.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your ongoing commitment to making good art. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Patrick. I was thinking about the idea of Dr. Frankenstein set in modern times and what his criteria would be for picking a body. Back in the day, he went with a large imposing man. I chose the same but in today's reality... those types of men tend to be bodybuilder types. That set the groundwork for the man I would choose. I set two types of eyes in his head assuming part of his face comes from another body and then the rest of him is stitched back up from all the work done inside. The metal plate on the chest is there to allow the imagination to go to work. Lastly... I put the positive and negative leads on the top of his head instead of the neck.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are enjoying this stuff.
Cheers mate
