Argon

When your team is on a dark planet and you are in need of a light source what do you do? You turn your soldiers into robo-light bulbs is what you do. Naturally. :)  That was the idea behind this fun sketch of a cyborg who's head lights up. Argon is the gas that is inside light bulbs so I went with that as the name for this piece. Hope ya dig it.

Inspired by a recent piece from Jake Parker in which he did up this cool wee alien guy, I came up with this. It's nice to be inspired by other artists and Mr. Parker has often done that for me. His work is tops. Thanks for the inspiration good sir.

iPad sketching and more

I have been dabbling with the iPad lately doing some art on it and managed to find a decent app that allows some coloring to images you draw or from your gallery. It's called Art Set. Here is a brief little snippet showing me doing some coloring to a drawing. As time goes on I will upload more of these.
