Took a line out of that movie Steve Martin did way back when. Always thought it was a classic. "She had legs that started at her ankles and went all the way to her hips". Comedy gold.

365 days - Buffy the Vampire slayer

Thought it would be fun to draw Buffy doing her thing. Went with the Blade version of vampire death.

I dont really recall her wearing any Daisy Dukes but I wished she had. Plus the Ug's are a toss in for today's generation. The image is inspired by a sketch made by Rodolphe Guenoden. It started off as some practicing using his reference and eventually I pirated it and made it my own.

365 days - Killswitch

This was an original character I came up a few yrs back of a gal who had a robot head attached to her body and her conciousness digitally installed. She then was turned into a lethal killing assassin type until she began to over ride the programming and become herself once again. One pissed off deadly assassin type at the ready!

My Saturday drawing this past long weekend was the Black Widow from Avengers. I have little experience with black jumpsuits and how to display the shiny parts of them so this was a practice for me. I think I may need to do some more research and practice on this.

365 days - A girl in the swamp

This one took on a life of it's own. It started just as a cute ginger haired girl with freckles and as the sketch matured it started to take on the life of a girl in distress. By the time it was done I pictured her alone, cold and scared and out in the bog. Was she assaulted? Is she a wild lost girl? An image that stirs questions are my favorite. A story unwritten.

We all have that moment in our lives where we are trying hard to get something across but the person on the other end is just not being receptive. It's that moment where you start to lose your cool, when you know you have it right, are saying everything you can to get the point across and still they are being a pain in the butt and opposing you. It's one thing knowing they are listening... it's annoying to know that you aren't being heard.
